About Camiguin

Nestled approximately 10 kilometers off the coast of Misamis Oriental in Northern Mindanao lies the enchanting Island Province of Camiguin. This ecological treasure has captured the hearts of many, making it one of the most sought-after tourist destinations in the country. Renowned for its landscape molded by 14 majestic volcanoes, Camiguin is aptly named “The Island Born of Fire.”

Camiguin is a natural utopia endowed with breathtaking bodies of land and, notably, water. The pristine waters of this paradise provide a diverse ecosystem of marine life, perfect for diving, snorkeling, and underwater photography.

Camiguin promises limitless island adventures and tranquil retreats that make every stay special. The Timpoong-Hibok-Hibok Natural Monument, an ASEAN heritage park, is a staple destination for trekking, bird-watching, and stargazing on a clear night. The mountain range is home to the endemic Camiguin Hawk Owl. The island also has a bounty of waterfalls and springs for tourists who love a refreshing dip.
