The Philippine Carabao Center (PCC) of Central Mindanao University (CMU) is located along the Maramag Highway. It is an agency of the Department of Agriculture and is one of the best stopovers to have a taste of harvested milk from the center’s carabaos, such as fresh milk, chocolate milk, carabao milk pastillas, white cheese, yogurt, and ice cream.
HOW TO GET THERE:
Take a bus to Valencia City from CDO’s Agora Terminal. Stop at PCC at Central Mindanao University, which is just along the highway.
